No uso Exim, pero sí Postfix, sin embargo, pregunto, ¿cual es el mensaje 
que retorna Hotmail y/o Yahoo cuando rechaza los correos que tu servidor 
envía?

Algún mensaje tiene que aparecer y con él podrás diagnosticar el error. 
O sino, ¿cuales son los mensajes que da GMail cuando se hace un envío 
exitoso de un mensaje?
