Gente, respondo algunos puntos.
1.- de acuerdo al proveedor (fibertel Argentina) el puerto 25 no esta bloqueado, probe ademas haciendo un nmap y me da que esta abierto
2.- Les recuerdo no conozco como armar un dominio de correo, es mi primer intento
3.- copio el archivo que genera el exim al configurar
