A mi me dió ese mismo error, ahora uso Sylpheed! Y ando de las mil maravillas...Despues de instalar el sylpheed y hacerle algunas actualizaciones mas al sistema el evolution funciona pero me gustó mas el Sylpheed y borre el fucking Evolution :D Saludos
