Ya lo añadi y me sigue sin funcionar (reinicie tambien).

Recuerdo que borre un enlace, pero no tengo ni idea de como volverlo a poner, 
si me lo pudieses decir :)

Una vez substitui mis lineas por las que me has dicho tu hice dpkg-reconfigure 
locales, escogi all locales y ca_ES y al final me dice:
Generation complete.
*** update-locale: Error: LANGUAGE ("ca_ES:ca:en_GB:en") is not compatible 
with LANG (es_ES)

Buf... no tengo ni idea de que puede ser, porfavor ayuda...
