Placa sonido, con y sin problemas !

Si bien logre configurar la placa de sonido, cada vez que inicio el 
linux tengo que correr alsaconf como root.
Ahi luego me detecta la placa

Y los errores que me arrojan son los siguientes.
Alguien sabe a que se debe y como solucionarlo?
