Cuando dices "esto", ¿te refieres al php o al oracle?
¿dices oracle en debian? ¿creo que es imposible?
si solo migras el oracle y el php lo dejas donde esta, solo habria que
cambiar el host del connect.
que es el tsname.ora?
¿la pregunta es de como hacerlo con php, o de como configurar oracle?
explica un poco mejor, a ver

corriendo en php una aplicacion que se conecta a una base de datos oracle,
esto esta en un servidor nt, pero la voy a migrar a un servidor debian, el
tema de mi consulta es el siguiente, en el servidor nt tengo configurado el
tnsname.ora con el sid de la base (lo configuro desde el la herramientas de
configuracion de oracle) en debian como hago la conexion al servidor que
tiene la base de datos oracle (es un solaris)?<br>Desde ya gracias por la
