RE: Problemas con las X



Sin mirar más, se ve a simple vista que el problema es del mouse, intenta cambiarle la conf. del mouse con depk-reconfigure xserver........ si no sabes cual tienes pues busca como lo tienes con el kernel 2.2.... Espero te funcione.

Os comento lo que me ocurre, actualmente tengo instalado debian SID, tendo dos Kernels:

-2.2.20 : En este las X funcionan bien (salvo el refresco de pantalal que está a 60Hz y lo quiero poner a 85)

-2.6.7-1-386 : En este las X no van directamente, instalé los controladores de Nvidia para este kernel y parece que dicha operación se hizo correctamente, de hecho al hacer "startx", aparece el Logo de Nvidia, pero luego aquello no va, el log dice :

He probado ha hacer dpkg-reconfigure xfree... Pero la cosa sigue sin ir...

El fichero de configuración de las X que funciona en el kernel 2.2.20 es el mismo que uso para el kernel 2.6... lo dejo aquí :

Como podéis ver estoy tirando del driver VESA (en el kernel 2.2 no tengo puestos los de nvidia).

Personalmente me lío un poco con el tema de los refrescos de pantalla (vamos, que no se muy bien como va en el fichero, no hago más que probar valores).

Información sobre el equipo:

Tarjeta de video : Nvidia GForceFX 5700 128MB
Monitor Philips 109E5 19"
Ratón y teclados por PS/2

Servidor X Xfree86 versión 4.3.0.dfsg.1-6
