¿No sabes que módulo cargabas en el kernel para que funcionase esa NIC?.
Puedes intentar meter una knoppix o una gentoo en tu computador. Si arrancas
con ellas autodetectarán el hard que tienes y posiblemente tu NIC. Haciendo
un lsmod podrás identificar cuál es el módulo que te hace falta para la
ethernet.
