compaq armada con targeta pcmcia y debian
hola, este mensaje, lo envié hace un par de días, y en vista
q nadie me ha respondido, lo envío de nuevo, por favor
necesito hechar a andar la red, ayudenme.
tengo un compaq armada pentium 3, y no
tiene targeta de red integrada, he probado un par de
targetas pcmcia, y ninguna me ha funcionado, y las he
tenido que devolver, ahora tengo una ADMtek comet, en el
disquete de los drivers dice FPC-0106TX, que debe ser el
chip, pero no estoy seguro, pues el sistema me carga el
tulip, y yo no sé mucho, el problema es que como veréis en
la salida del dmesg, me la reconoce, y la tengo activada,
pero no consigo salir a internet, cuando hago un ping,
siempre me dice que el host es desconocido, y si lo hago
con una dirección ip, entonces me responde que la red no se
puede alcanzar, ó algo así, supongo que no está cargado el
módulo adecuado, pero no encuentro ninguno con el modconf,
he probado con el KNOPPIX 3.3, con el woody r1, y ahora con
el hispafuentes que regalaban en la revista todo linux,
bueno hasta aqui, les he puesto un par de salidas, a ver si
alguien me puede ayudar, siento que el mensaje sea tan
