Re: urgente (no proxy and/o sockets)
Eh probado tambien arrancar el linux sin la emulacion de vmware,
es mas ahora lo reconfigure denuevo. El ifconfig me da lo siguiente:
gustavoh# ifconfig
lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
RX packets:8 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:8 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:560 (560.0 b) TX bytes:560 (560.0 b)
vmnet1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:50:56:C0:00:01
inet addr:172.16.251.1 Bcast:172.16.251.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:24 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:100
RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
vmnet8 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:50:56:C0:00:08
inet addr:192.168.40.1 Bcast:192.168.40.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:24 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:100
RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
si luego hago un: 'ifup eth0', las cosas se arreglan tengo internet y
todo, y en el ifconfig se me agrega las siguientes lineas:
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:06:1B:CB:89:30
inet addr:132.68.17.125 Bcast:132.68.255.255 Mask:255.255.0.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:100
RX bytes:3502 (3.4 KiB) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
Interrupt:11 Base address:0x8000 Memory:d0200000-d0200038

realmente pasa algo. Puede ser que esté fallando la emulación.
