Creo que ya entiendo lo que te ocurre con lilo. El fichero /etc/lilo.conf deja de ser necesario cuando ya lo has instalado en la MBR del disco. Lo que debes hacer es crear un nuevo /etc/lilo.conf con la configuración que deseas y luego ejecutar lilo para instalarlo en la MBR del disco duro. Te envio un lilo.conf de ejemplo.

Ya q estoy te preguntaré x si tu sabes algo, tengo una SIS650 que va muy bien en 2D pero no tiene todavia en linux aceleración 3D ¿No conoceras algún proyecto activo para darle soporte DRI a este chip? (Que no sea el del amigo Thomas Winischhofer q ha dejado olvidado este chip)
