Lo del kernel no se actualiza con el upgrade. Tienes que explicitamente
decirle al sistema que instale la imagen del kernel que quieres
actualizar....
Primero necesitas saber cual tienes:
uname -r
Y si estas abajo del 2.4.18, pues hay que actualizarlo... La lista de abajo te
recomienda que si estas dentro de alguno de esos, uses la misma imagen para
actualizar.
Si tienes un k 2.4.18-bf2.4 haz de correr:
apt-get install kernel-image-2.4.18-bf2.4
