Error en perl y algo del lengauje

Hola a todos.

	Desde un apt-get upgrade me sale cada vez que realizo una nueva intalación o 
reinicio algún servicio como apache me sale lo siguiente y no tengo ni idea 
como solucionarlo :-( .
