error con placa 3com 3c905

Me acabo de actualizar a woody y en el arranque de mi servidor y de vez en cuando en forma aleatoria, aparece en el monitor un mensaje de error, que aparentemente pertenece a mis placas de red 3com 3c905.

El mensaje es:
