error en Apache

Saludos a todos, reinstalé Apache y me da el siguiente error, si
documento las líneas que contengan 'order', 'allow', 'deny' me
funciona pero creo que eso no es así, el segundo error no me hace
problemas porque creo que se carga el modulo más de una vez ...

apt-get install apache
