De la página del manual de at:
The working directory, the environment (except for the variables TERM,
*DISPLAY* and _) and the umask are retained from the time of
invocation.
El DISPLAY no es mantenido, intenta
$ at now + 1 minutes
at> export DISPLAY=:0
at> kppp
at> <EOT>
