Hola: Cuando intento acceder al servidor psql desde un escript en la web me sale el siguiente mensaje de error:Conection refuses Is the postmaster running (whit -i) at ' localhost' and accepting connections on TCP/IP port '5432' in /var/www/... Me han dicho que debo de descomentar una linea del fichero /etc/init.d/postgresql, pero no cual es.
