counter.li mensagem de erro

Olá.
O Linux Counter, quando preencho o formulário de inscrição
e clico ao final, no enter, apresenta a seguinte mensagem:
> Internal Server Error

 and was unable to complete your request.
> Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost

 and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything

 you might have done that may have caused the error.

Mandei mensagem para eles mas não responderam.
Onde olho as mensagens de erro, log de servidor de erro ??
(desativei o meu firewal e a mensagem é a mesma)
