Só um palpite:

Na mensagem: "may correct this. Make sure that you do not mix the OSE 
version and the PUEL version of VirtualBox"

Fala algo como: certificar que o OSE não está instalado junto com a 
versão completa.

Veja com o camando:
dpkg -l | grep virtualbox-ose
