Como liberar o uso do netselect-apt

Olá,

Desejo escolher um espelho para baixar programas do Sid.

Tentei usar o netselect-apt mas ele esbarra em algum problema. Reportei
o problema como bug e os caras fecharam...

Eis a saída do terminal:

# netselect-apt -n unstable

[...] blá, blá, blá

Não cria arquivo algum...
