Re: aplicação de patch ppp-2.4.2-smb.patch

Boa tarde 
 fiz o que me foi sugerido  
 e esse foi o resultado,   ele cria um diretorio pppd na mesma pasta onde baixei o ppp fonte, ele cria com um arquivo dentro, nunca fiz isso, o que devo fazer agora  ?

desde ja fico grato por qualquer ajuda
