Pessoal, eu estou tentando fazer um repositório local só para mimi, para aprender a fazer mas não está funcionando, eu segui esse tutorial

na seção 6.4.11 ensina como fazer, eu estou fazendo da seguinte maneira com ensina o tutorial:Alternativamente, pode-se fazer um repositório deb local curto e grosso:
# apt-get install dpkg-dev
# mkdir /usr/local/debian
# mv /algum/lugar/pacote.deb /usr/local/debian
# dpkg-scanpackages /usr/local/debian /dev/null | \
gzip - > /usr/local/debian/Packages.gz
# echo "deb file:/usr/local/debian ./" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
no meu caso o meu repositório é em "/opt/repositorio"
eu criei o pacote Packages.gz como fala e no source.list adicionei a seguinte linha
deb file:/opt/repositorio ./
quando eu faço aptitude update acontece isso:

Ign file: ./ Release

e quando eu faço, aptitude search "pacote-que-esta-/opt/repositorio" não acha
alguém pode me ajudar?
