ok...então segundo seu fstab....vc tem 2 drive de CD/DVD certo?....vc tem isso mesmo?
se sim.....poste aqui as especificações de cada
por exemplo: SONY DVDR ....... e informe qual deles tem capacidade de gravação....e tal...
VC NAO ME INFORMOU SE JA CONSEGUIU GRAVAR ALGUMA COISA COM ESSE COMANDO....

1 - vc ja gravou algum cd ou dvd antes com esse comando?.........porque na mensagem tb diz que vc não especificou nenhum modo de escrita...."TAO, SAO, etc......", acrescenta mais essa informação pra ver se corrigi o erro.....
2 - e outra.....posta o teu fstab pra ver.......

Dei uma olhada no google sobre esse problema de Cannot raise RLIMIT_MEMLOCK limits.scsidev: '/dev/hdc'
e me parece que tem algo a ver com suid, e que teria que rodar um dpkg-statoverride, como consta essa thread: http://www.nabble.com/CD-burning-stopped-working-td16749293.html
Mas desconfio não estar acertando nas opções.
