gnome-settings-daemon nao abre no squeeze
Recentemente instalei o squeeze no meu laptop, que anteriormente tinha instalado o lenny. Porem essa mudanca me trouxe mtos problemas, como este no qual o gnome-settings-daemon nao abre e isso impede de gravar algumas configuracoes.
O meu laptop eh um LG R400 e tem somente o debian squeeze instalado full com todas as atualizacoes.
Quando eu executo:
# gnome-settings-daemon --no-daemon --debug --sync 2> temp.txt
tenho a seguinte msg:

O que pode estar errado???
Ja cansei de procurar na net sobre isso, mas nao encontro solucao...
Estou tendo problema em setar as configuração de telcado, codificação, rede wireless e no xorg. Talvez esteja relacionado.
