Só uma observação que vale tanto para quem tem trechos de
código fonte quanto para quem escreve o documento em TeX, a FDL é
uma licença ruim pra compartilhar "código", ou seja, o fonte que
gera o PDF, seria melhor adotar GPL{2,3}.
Sobre como "licenciar", faça exatamente o que está no
ADDENDUM da licença:
