Vc tá usando qual versão do Debian?
(sempre dê a maior quantidade de detalhes possível para receber ajuda,
se eu soubesse seu kernel jah te dava a dica certinha ;)
todavia, procure por:
iwl3945 (se vc estiver usando SID ou Testig)
ou ...
module assistant: instale o module-assistant (aptitude install
module-assintant, e depois...
