Eu sou ainda um pouco leigo no sistema operativo, mas penso que não há problema, ou seja,
podes instalar o debian, este utilizará todos os recursos se bem configurado para tal.

depois fui a fonte;

Espero não te estar a induzir em erro. Nunca tive contacto com tal arquitectura, apenas AMD64.
