Erro na inicialização do Apache2

Olá Lista,

Estou tendo o seguinte erro na inicialização do Apache2:

apache2: Syntax error on line 185 of /etc/apache2/apache.conf: Syntax
error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/mods-enable/php5.load: API module
structure 'php5_module' in file /usr/lib/apache2/modules/libphp5.so is
garbled - perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO?

Até já re-instalei usando aptitude reinstall apache2
libapache2-mod-php5, mas não tive sucesso.

Alguma dica pessoal?
