Re: portas do apt
Olá,
Falando em portas do apt, não estou mais conseguindo acessar via ftp o
espelho ftp.br.debian.org.
Meu /etc/apt/sources.list estava:
deb ftp://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
deb-src ftp://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
E tive que mudar o ftp para http para poder dar certo, ficando assim:
deb http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
O erro que dá é esse:
# apt-get update

E: Alguns arquivos de índice falharam para baixar, eles foram ignorados
ou os antigos foram usados no lugar.
Usando http em vez de ftp como especificação de protocolo o erro não
ocorre e as atualizações decorrem normalmente.
Alguém está tendo o mesmo problema? Sabe do por quê? Sempre tive a
concepção de ftp ter menos over-head que http, então tem lógica/vantagem
de transferir arquivos por http?
