Ini.php
Caros não sei se há como mais é possive alterar o arquivo ini.php para
que quando utulizar o serviço SMTP sem a maquina estar na internet,
somente pra testar se vai dar erro caso deixe algum campo obrigatório
em branco. Sempe gera esse erro.
