e faltou instalar "apt-get install debian-archive-keyring" agora sim só 
um correção nos comandos:

apt-get install debian-archive-keyring
gpg --keyserver http://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat --recv-keys 
07DC563D1F41B907
gpg --armor --export 07DC563D1F41B907 > i
apt-key add i
rm -fv i

agora sim : )
