Caio o que exatamente vc esta querendo ? Não serve simplesmente um banco de
dados no mysql, ou no openoffice ??
Pq vc não tenta brincar com alguma linguagem e faz algo bem simples, acredito
que em python usando codigos que já estejam pronto vc não deve demorar 1 dia.
