Sobre gerenciador de arquivos, tem o xfe.

$ apt-cache show xfe

É muito leve, bom para máquinas obsoletas. Se quiser usar algo em modo
texto instale o mc (midnight commander).

Esses são os que conheço e cumprem o que vc pede. Deve haver mais
coisas, com certeza. Procure com apt-cache search file manager e vá
filtrando com grep:

$ apt-cache search file manager |grep manager
