Re: Rede Instável
Parece mais um conflito de IRQs. Algumas sugestões:
1) veja se na BIOS tem opção de Plug&Play. Desabilite-o.
2) troque a placa de rede de slot
3) cat /proc/interrupts e veja se há conflito
4) tente passar a opção noapic no boot do kernel
