   Que pacote é esse locales-pt-br? Outra distro talvez?¹ Você pode
usar o debconf usando o comando "dpkg-reconfigure locales" para
ajustar o locale de sua máquina, mas acho que isso não tem nada a ver
com o problema em questão, a mensagem relacionada com isso é um
"warning" e não um erro, tanto que ele diz estar voltando para o
padrão "C".
