Usando o apt para ver o pacote do sylpheed-claws (usando
"apt-cache show sylpheed-claws") verifico que ele recomenda o
aspell-dictionary. Agora fazendo uma busca por aspell-dictionary, eis
o resultado:
rma@rmachine:~$ apt-cache search aspell-dictionary
aspell-ca - Catalan dictionary for aspell
aspell-da - The Danish dictionary for aspell.
aspell-de - German dictionary for aspell
aspell-fi - The Finnish dictionary for aspell

Agora acho que ficou fácil descobrir o que instalar, ok?
