Olá amigo, tudo bem?
Responda-me uma coisa, você está usando o pctel ou o motorola? Porque
usar os dois?
É bem provável que um driver esteja conflitando com o outro, portanto
deixe o modem pctel e remova o módulo sm56 ou vice-versa.
