significa que
a) alguem fez algo errado no IP que vc está tentando acessar ( máquina
comprometida)
b) foi feito um upgrade da maquina 10.38.11.125, ou seja alguem
desistalou o sshd e reinstalou
bem vc tem 2 alternativas
a) verificar o que ocorreu com a máquina ( itens a e b acima)
b) entrar no seu home e deletar a linha 10.38.11.125 no seu
/home/..../.ssh/know_hosts
