Consegui bloquear o msm apenas
com o squid, setando as seguintes regras:
acl EXCLUDE_HOST_ALCIONE src
192.168.1.40/255.255.255.255
acl DENIED_MSN dstdomain
"/etc/squid/msn.txt"
acl DENIED_MSN2 url_regex "/etc/squid/msn2.txt" . .
.
http_access allow EXCLUDE_HOST_ALCIONE
http_access deny DENIED_MSN
http_access deny DENIED_MSN2 # less
msn.txt
