freeswan - patch no kernel

Estou tentando aplicar o patch no kernel para poder utilizar o 
freeswan. Para isso instalei o pacote kernel-patch-freeswan.

Quando eu executo o script para aplicar o patch aparece a seguinte 
mensnagem de erro:
