ajuda com glibc

Pessoal,

a respeito do plugin qt do licq que não ta funcionando, recebi esta resposta 
da nvidia:

Greetings, Ronaldo.  I assume you are using a glibc with elf-tls
enabled?  Please be sure you have a recent glibc; it looks like
your loader is not equipped to dlopen() libraries with elf-tls.

Alguem me ajuda decifrar?
