problemas com o apt

Pessoal estou com alguns problema estranhos na minha maquina

instalei o debian e coloquei o kdebase esta funcionando blz
acontece que quero colocar o metapacote do kde que vem com
diversos aplicativos e nao consigo, quando tento me retorna
esse erro

# apt-get install kde

outra fato que nao entendi, estou usando debian unstable e a versao
do KDE que ele instalou foi a 2.2.2

gostaria de saber como faco para colocar todos os pacotes na ultima
versao e evitar esses problemas de incompatibilidade ?
