Eu uso o file-rc sem problemas a muito tempo e nao tive problemas com
ele.
A reclamacao do APT deve-se ao sysvinit nao ter mais os scripts
que foram movidos para um pacote novo chamado sysv-rc (a umas semanas
atraz) e o mesmo ser classificado como essential pois voce *precisa*
ter pelo menos um sistema de inicializacao. Como voce estah colocando
o file-rc, nao deve ter problemas ;-).
