O ideal é usar o apt pinning.
Você inclui o unstable no /etc/apt/sources.list, inclui
APT::Default-Release "stable"; no /etc/apt/apt.conf, e aí apt-get -t
unstable mozilla; para atualizar, apt-get install `apt-show-versions -u
-b | grep unstable`. Maiores informações em
