Pq nao consigo instalar??
Essa dica eu pesquisei no site http://www.apt-get.org pesquisando sobre o licq.
[1] logue-se como root;
[2] edit o /etc/apt/sources.list e inclua a linha:
deb http://debian.ipsyn.net/debian woody ipsyn
[3] salve o arquivo;
[4] dê o comando apt-get update
[5] dê o comando apt-get install licq
