	Do "man pppd"

       auth   Require the  peer  to  authenticate  itself  before
              allowing network packets to be sent or received.


       noauth Do  not  require  the  peer to authenticate itself.
              This option is privileged if  the  auth  option  is
              specified in /etc/ppp/options.
