	TERMCAP é o que configura o terminal.  O BitchX não está
reconhecendo a entrada de terminal do tipo "linux".  Altere para algo com
"vt100" ou "vt220" assim:
-- (BA)SH mode --
helio@pasargada ~> export TERM="vt100"
-- (T)CSH mode --
helio@pasargada ~> setenv TERM "vt100"
