Problem z dyskiem

Witam

Debian etch 4.0 tylko z kernel 2.6.25.4 na nim zainstalowany vmware 
server i pojawia się problem z dyskiem, tak jakby na jakis czas byl brak 
dostepu do niego w logach pojawia się cos takiego:
