Nie moge usunąć pliku - pomocy

Witam

Podczas upgrade systemu cos sie posypalo i nie potrafie usunac pliku
/usr/X11R6/man/man3/glReadPixels.3x.gz probowalem na rozne sposoby:
tryb single, teraz pod knoppiksem 3.6 i nic :-( nie wiem co mam zrobic

root@ttyp0[~]# rm /mnt/hde3/usr/X11R6/man/man3/glReadPixels.3x.gz

partycja jest zamontowana rw, a konqueror wyswietla ten plik z klodka.
BTW mam teoretycznie do tego pliku prawa

ale usuniecie sie nie udaje, fsck i fsck.ext3 nic nie pokazuja
