Evolution 1.3.1 and Polish language.

Hello,

Since yesterday I use Evolution 1.3.1 from Takuo's debs (thank you).
Unfortunately I discovered some problems with using Polish characters in
this version of Evolution.
The most annoying one is that I can not compose messages with Polish
characters. When I use Polish key-bindings, the following characters
appear (without quotes): "[?]".
On the other hand, the received messages are displayed correctly (I mean
with Polish characters).

Is it possible to correct this behaviour of my favourite e-mail client?
